Mind Coach Steph, also known as The Dancing Mind Coach, is a Mental Wellness & Peak Performance Coach helping dancers, athletes, and high-achieving women strengthen their mindset, identity, and purpose both on and off the stage. With a background in Latin dance, over 20 years of coaching experience, and training as a clinical mental health counselor, she bridges the gap between mental health and performance.
